Take one pack each day with food. On days that you’re training, consumer the pack with a meal prior to working out. For optimal results use for two consecutive cycles (42 days), before taking a four week break.

The manufacturer also advises that users keep themselves hydrated by regularly drinking water when using this supplement.

There is no doubt that the Animal range of products are generally well formulated and do work for many users.. we are however concerned with the adverse reports of side effects resulting from the use of this supplement…

The problem could well lie with the inclusion of Yohimbe in the mix.. although it hs some proven benefits especially with the boosting of libido, it has also been linked to some quite nasty side effects – many being listed in the user reviews.. these have resulted in Yohimbe being placed on the FDA’s list of dangerous ingredients and also to it being banned in some countries acres the globe (Australia for instance)

Its a shame that a product coming from an established manufacturer like Animal can give potential problems like this, but taking the reports into account means that we have no option other that to recommend that you give Animal Test a miss.
