Is Nugenix An Effective T-booster?
Nugenix is a supplement that works (it is claimed) to boost the amount of free testosterone in the body, thereby improving stamina, wellbeing and sexual performance.
Its propriety blend of testofen, L-citrulline malate and tribulus terrestris claims to directly help the body increase its testosterone levels.
The Formula in Nugenix
The Nugenix™ Testosterone Complex, contains fenugreek extract (Testofen®), L-citruline malate and tribulus terrestris. The booster also contains vitamins B12 and B6, and zinc.
The quantities of these ingredients per dose, however, are not disclosed, so it’s impossible to know if enough is in the mix to have any significant effect.
Take three capsules at the same time each day on an empty stomach. If it’s a workout day, take them 30-45 minutes before hitting the gym. On non-gym days, or for older men who don’t workout, Nugenix is best taken in the morning before breakfast.
This testosterone booster has received a mixed bag of reviews, for some it seems to work well while others have experienced no results at all when using this booster, and claim that it is a placebo.
Some users, however, do report that Nugenix has seen a positive effect on energy levels and enables them to push through barriers when training so it does seem to have some benefits.
On the down side many people also mention that the price of the booster is too high, and that they are trapped into paying large sums once the free trial period offered by the manufacturer ends.
Others maintain that the pills are large, difficult to consume and have an unpleasant aftertaste.
